Security Officer Patrol with Active Clearance

About the role

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location in Beavercreek, OH. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide professional customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site requirements; document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and daily documentation, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and designated client representatives.

Requirements

• Possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age (18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations, which may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

$25.16 per hour.
