Security Officer Patrol Visibility Specialist

About the role

As a Security Officer Patrol Visibility Specialist in Riverside, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to routine concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public at a government location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, public inquiries, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of government buildings, public areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity in accordance with site-specific entry procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
