Security Officer Patrol Visibility

About the Role

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Visibility in Justin, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond to site needs with professionalism. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, team-oriented culture built on integrity, reliability, agility, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse, loading dock, office, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and report observed conditions.
• Monitor access points, visitor and vehicle activity, and shipping or receiving areas in accordance with site requirements.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications for Allied Universal and site leadership.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations (if applicable).
• Hold a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.
