Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol - Unarmed in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, entrances, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, policy violations, and potential hazards in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting Allied Universal leadership and/or emergency services as directed by site protocols.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for patrols, incidents, visitor interactions, and other security-related events.

Minimum Requirements

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
