Security Officer Patrol Support
About the Role
As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Support in Justin, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site policies.
- Observe shipping and receiving activity for unusual conditions, report security-related concerns, and complete accurate incident and daily activity reports.
Requirements
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control/badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Tuesday - Thursday: 06:00 AM - 07:00 PM
