What You'll Do

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and assigned security-related duties at a financial services location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the lobby, office areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor entry points and access activity, verify credentials when required, and document security-related concerns, incidents, and/or maintenance issues.
Support emergency response activities by following post orders, assisting with direction during urgent situations, and communicating with local contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Minimum Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
