Security Officer Patrol Specialist
Job Description
As a Security Officer Patrol Specialist in Memphis, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.
In this role, you will support daily operations with an agile, reliable, and innovative approach, while putting people first, working as a team, and acting with integrity throughout every shift.

- Day: Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
- Observe and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or access issues to the appropriate contacts.
- Support Allied Universal standards and client expectations while working in environments and conditions that may vary by location.
Minimum Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
