Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the building, lobby, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry points, observe visitor and employee activity, and assist with badge, sign-in, and access control procedures in accordance with site policies.
• Support security-related operations by communicating with site contacts and/or first responders, following post orders, and maintaining awareness of changing conditions across the location.

Requirements

• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years old for armed roles.
• Must pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Must pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
