Security Officer Patrol Responder

As a Security Officer Patrol Responder in Bristol, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions, and support visitor, contractor, and delivery processing in accordance with site protocols.
- Assist with investigating routine issues, observe equipment and facility conditions that may require attention, and communicate security-related or operational concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 or more years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 or more years of security-related experience.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and problem-solve during emergencies.
- Attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough patrols.
- Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response activities.
