About the role

As a Security Officer Patrol Response in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to property management and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe onsite activity, and document security-related incidents, disturbances, and/or policy violations according to site guidelines.
• Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or unauthorized access attempts.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
