What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including offices, common areas, entry points, and perimeter spaces, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas, verifying credentials and reporting access concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity in accordance with site guidelines.
• Support a professional environment at a fast-paced technology-focused location by following post orders, communicating clearly, and assisting with security-related requests from site leadership and/or guests.

Minimum Requirements

• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
