Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Recordkeeping in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, shoppers, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and activities according to site expectations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including common areas, storefront corridors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter access points.
• Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential hazards, and report concerns to site contacts, local authorities, and/or Allied Universal leadership when appropriate.
• Assist with access control, closing procedures, and crowd flow during busy business hours, special events, and/or deliveries to help support orderly operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
