Job Description
As a Security Officer Patrol Partner in West Memphis, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a chemical and petrochemical location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver strong customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations with professionalism while reflecting our agile, reliable, and innovative approach, a caring culture, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and other security-related policies appropriate to a chemical and petrochemical location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout operational areas, administrative spaces, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require reporting.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site policies, and document security-related events, observations, and/or concerns in a clear and timely manner.
- Support emergency response activities as appropriate for the location, including following post orders, assisting with controlled access during site events, and reporting hazards, spills, and/or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel.
Minimum Requirements
- Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
