Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier hotel and resort location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. In this role, you will support a welcoming environment through clear communication, teamwork, and a caring approach while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and integrity-driven values.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues through proper channels when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, hallways, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points and observe on-site activity, reporting maintenance concerns, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations according to site protocols.
• Support hospitality operations by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and documenting incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in required reports.

Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

DayTime: Friday 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM, Saturday 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM, Sunday 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM

$19.90 / Hour
