About the role
As a Security Officer Patrol Monitor in Jackson, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and Allied Universal standards.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and support visitor, vendor, and delivery processing in accordance with location requirements.
- Observe equipment, materials, and work areas for potential issues such as open doors, unsecured access points, and/or damaged property, then communicate findings through appropriate reporting channels.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licenses required may vary based on state and/or local laws and regulations.
Qualifications
