Security Officer Patrol Inspection

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances and activity within the location, assist with visitor direction and/or information, and help to support an orderly environment for residents, guests, and personnel.
• Complete assigned reports, logs, and communication records related to daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance or security-related issues observed during the shift.

Requirements

• Possess 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security-related supervisor/manager experience or 3+ years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
