Position Type: Full Time

As a Security Officer Patrol Industrial Manufacturing in Waco, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and document observations using computer or tablet technology. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a food and beverage production location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, production-area exteriors, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as assigned, and document visitor, vehicle, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements.
• Complete accurate activity reports and communicate observed hazards, maintenance concerns, and unusual conditions to appropriate site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
