What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols at a financial institution location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, exterior areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and/or other designated areas, assist with access-related procedures, and document daily activities, incidents, and observations in required reports.
Minimum Requirements
- Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
