Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver strong customer service and communication. This is a driving post, offering a dynamic role for someone who values teamwork, acts with integrity, and brings an agile, reliable, and caring approach to each shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the exterior perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access, and support security-related procedures for deliveries, vehicles, and contractor arrivals.
- Complete routine reports, logs, and incident documentation, and report maintenance concerns, policy issues, and/or security-related matters to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
Qualifications
- Possess EMT certification.
- Have 2+ years' service in a healthcare/medical-related field.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

- Pay Rate: $20.52 / Hour
- Position Type: Part Time
- Schedule: Saturday 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Sunday 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
