Security Officer Patrol Driving - Full Time

About the role

As a Security Officer Patrol Driving in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government transit location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a public transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, service calls, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observed activity and reporting concerns to site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, public access areas, and/or perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, platforms, waiting areas, and/or other assigned locations for unusual behavior, access concerns, and policy violations, then communicate findings according to post procedures.
• Assist employees, riders, and visitors with directions, general information, and/or support during disruptions, evacuations, or other security-related events.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
