Security Officer Patrol Driver - Second Shift - Museum

About the role

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic automotive location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support employees and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing and/or distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, screen visitors and/or vehicles as required by site protocols, and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum age requirement for unarmed roles: 18 years old.
• Minimum age requirement for armed roles: 21 years old.
