Security Officer Patrol Driver Scout

About the role

Apart from serving and safeguarding clients in various industries like Tech/Media/Telecom, you will also contribute to a culture that positively impacts the communities and customers we serve.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a fast-paced technology location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and support visitor management processes in accordance with site protocols.
• Assist with monitoring alarms, cameras, and other site systems, and report maintenance, operational, and/or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
