Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including common areas, storefronts, walkways, parking areas, and perimeter points, helping to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, assist with directional support and general inquiries, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations observed during patrols.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Pay & Schedule

Position Type: Part Time / Day Shift

Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: Thursday 07:30 AM - 04:00 PM, Friday 07:30 AM - 04:00 PM
