About the role
As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, monitor assigned areas, support access control activities, and help deter incidents through a visible presence. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while reporting security-related concerns.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production or distribution location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor, employee, and vendor activity in accordance with site procedures; verify credentials and direct individuals as needed.
- Document patrols, incidents, observations, and access-related activity accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and batons is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

$20.90 / Hour
Schedule
- Monday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Tuesday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Thursday: 09:30 PM - 05:30 AM
- Friday: 09:30 PM - 05:30 AM
