Security Officer Patrol Driver Examiner

About the role

Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Security Officer Patrol Driver Examiner in Silverdale, WA. You will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Retail/Malls by monitoring assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, and delivering outstanding customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through proper site communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail common areas, storefront perimeters, parking areas, and other assigned parts of the location to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and visitor activity, and support with de-escalation, directional assistance, and other security-related concerns.
• Document routine activities, unusual conditions, and incident information, and communicate with site contacts and/or local responders when appropriate.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

$21.22 / hour

Schedule

• Tuesday: 4:30 PM - 12:00 AM
• Wednesday: 4:30 PM - 12:00 AM
• Thursday: 4:30 PM - 12:00 AM
• Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
