Security Officer Patrol Driver

About the Role

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver Campus Patrol in Irvine, CA. This is a driving post where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas in a dynamic retail location, remaining visible to help discourage security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions
• Monitor access points, observe pedestrian and vehicle traffic, and communicate with property management and/or local responders when needed regarding security-related concerns
• Support daily operations by documenting observations, assisting with directional inquiries, and following post orders related to retail property rules and after-hours access

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience
• At least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred
• Guard card or license is preferred

• Tuesday: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Wednesday: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Thursday: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Friday: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Saturday: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

Pay

$22.00 / Hour
