$19.48 / Hour
Job Schedule
Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and escalation procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, including building access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities, and promptly communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A guard card/license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
