As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Grosse Pointe Woods, MI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. Bring strong customer service and communication skills while working with a reliable, innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report observed concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify credentials, maintain required logs, and direct guests in accordance with site-specific procedures.
- Document incidents, observations, and/or maintenance concerns accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
