• Day: Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Day: Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities when needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for policy compliance, assist with access-related concerns, and report maintenance, hazard, and/or suspicious activity observations to the appropriate personnel.
• Support loss prevention awareness by observing customer and visitor activity, addressing routine concerns with professionalism, and completing required reports related to incidents, patrols, and daily operations.

Minimum Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
