Security Officer Patrol Associate

About the role

As a Security Officer Patrol Associate in Memphis, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Our Security Officers at this dynamic industrial location conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by site.
• Document observations, incidents, and/or unusual activity and report them according to site procedures.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence and monitoring assigned areas.

Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
