As a Security Officer Patrol Detail in West Point, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic automotive location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support employees and visitors with exceptional customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe vehicle and pedestrian traffic to help to deter disruptions, support site rules, and report issues according to post instructions.
• Assist with incident reporting, daily activity logs, and other assigned duties that support security-related operations across the location.

Requirements

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
