As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment for shoppers, visitors, and employees while responding to security-related concerns with professionalism.

- Day: Thur 05:30 PM - 11:30 PM, Fri 05:30 PM - 11:30 PM, Sat 05:30 PM - 11:30 PM, Sun 05:30 PM - 11:30 PM
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and observe activity for unusual conditions, reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures.
- Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
Minimum Requirements
- A Guard Card/License is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
