As a Security Officer Patrol Coverage in Burkville, AL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and reporting conditions that could impact operations.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, grounds, and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, unauthorized access, and/or potential hazards common to an industrial chemical location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor permissions, and help to deter unauthorized movement into restricted or controlled areas.
- Support Allied Universal and site leadership by communicating clearly with personnel, following post orders, and completing required reports related to daily activities and incidents.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include:
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
