$18.93 per hour

Schedule

Daytime – Saturday 05:00 AM – 05:00 PM; Sunday 05:00 AM – 05:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, facility entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions, facility hazards, and security‑related concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately in accordance with site‑specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Access control and badge experience (preferred).
• Guard card or license (preferred).
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment, subject to state and/or local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
