Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, production areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access in accordance with site protocols, and document observations, incidents, and daily activities in required reports.
• Support access control, alarm response, and other security-related operations within a high-profile aerospace and defense location while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

Requirements

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
