Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with management and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Maintain a visible presence, assist with incident response, and complete required reports in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have 5 or more years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Time: 12:00 PM - 07:00 PM
• Saturday: 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM - 07:00 PM
