• DayTime: Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, following client policies, and/or assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including production areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter access points.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help support authorized access and report security-related concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations.
• Support a clean, professional presence at the location by communicating with employees, visitors, and vendors, and reporting maintenance or operational issues that may affect daily operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
