Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. In this people-first role, you will support daily operations with integrity, reliability, and teamwork while helping create a welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting details through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations, helping to identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and building activity, assisting with visitor interactions, badge or credential checks, and/or directions while following location-specific protocols.
• Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by communicating with property management and/or Allied Universal personnel regarding incidents, suspicious activity, and conditions that may require attention.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour
