Security Officer Patrol

About the Role

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol in Lexington, KY, to serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Commercial Real Estate. In this unarmed patrol role at a premier commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe lobby and exterior activity, and assist with visitor interactions and/or building access procedures in alignment with location requirements.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance-related observations, and communicate relevant information to property management and Allied Universal personnel as needed.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Schedule

Part Time. Daytime shifts: Friday 11:00 PM - 11:00 AM and Saturday 11:00 PM - 11:00 AM.

$16.50 / Hour
