Security Officer Patrol

About the role

As a Security Officer Patrol in Calvert, AL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere through strong customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity as assigned, helping to support order at the location through visible presence and clear communication.
• Assist with routine security-related duties and/or special post instructions, adapting to varying working environments and conditions based on the location.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include:

• Valid driver's license for driving positions only.
