Security Officer Patrol Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and/or local responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and/or the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas in accordance with site policies.
• Support day-to-day operations by reporting maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, while maintaining a professional presence in a fast-paced client environment.

Requirements

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement for unarmed roles: 18 years old.
• Minimum age requirement for armed roles: 21 years old.

Skills

• Guard card and/or license.
• Customer service experience.
• Access control and/or badge experience.
• CPR certification.

DayTime: Tue 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
