About the role

As a Front Desk Security Professional in a commercial real estate location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence for tenants, visitors, and vendors. You will manage access, monitor entry activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or employees at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records.
• Monitor access to the location, direct guests to appropriate offices or building amenities, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with building management, emergency responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Answer telephone calls, receive deliveries, maintain front desk logs, and provide professional assistance with routine building inquiries.

Requirements

• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
