What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific policies, security-related procedures, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail property, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help deter unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other policy violations.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Job Schedule: Friday 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM, Saturday 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM, Sunday 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM
