Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Tablet Patrol

About the role

Allied Universal®, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part‑Time Unarmed Tablet Patrol Security Officer in Dallas, TX. You will serve and safeguard clients across a range of industries, providing courteous customer service, maintaining a visible presence, and supporting a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the property, including building areas, parking areas, and the perimeter.
• Observe and report unusual activity, hazards, maintenance concerns, and potential policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports in accordance with site requirements and Allied Universal procedures.

Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• CPR certification (preferred).
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply based on state or local regulations.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
