Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, receiving areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while working collaboratively with store leadership and Allied Universal management.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.

Requirements

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Possession of a guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years old for armed roles.

Skills

• Customer service experience is preferred.

• DayTime: Monday 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Sunday 02:00 PM - 08:00 PM

Pay

• $17.50 / Hour
