As a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Retail Vehicle Patrol in Westlake Village, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout commercial property buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate security-related observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
