As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and support a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology-focused corporate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, loading locations, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and access concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report unauthorized entry attempts or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
• Complete detailed daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location.

Qualifications

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Schedule

Part Time. Daytime shifts: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 06:45 AM - 03:15 PM.

Pay

$22.28 / Hour
