Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government maritime location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and incident response activities. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a secure environment. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and port personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of port facilities, buildings, parking areas, waterfront-adjacent areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards or irregular conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, vendors, and vehicles in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation; communicate observations and concerns to Allied Universal supervision and designated site contacts.

Requirements

• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Job Schedule: Thursday 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM; Friday 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
