About the role

As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting automotive and logistics distribution locations, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, caring, teamwork, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, vehicle lot activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of automotive and warehouse facilities, parking areas, loading docks, office spaces, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor visitor, employee, contractor, and delivery traffic in accordance with site-specific access procedures.
• Document patrol findings, incidents, and unusual activity, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

$13.40 / Hour

Schedule

• Monday: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Wednesday: 12:00 AM - 07:00 AM
