Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol Licensed Driver

About the role

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license that meets Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, lobby areas, and other assigned locations; observe and report unusual activity, unauthorized access attempts, and security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, ATM locations, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and required logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site policies.

Requirements

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
